i have been gang stalked for over 25 yrs and have 3 videos under targeted individuals and one under gangstalking. This oseh device is a track on to cell and radio type frey device that piggy backs on to most cell and radio signals with a operators satanic voice in the air spreading malicious slander. I have filed man charges with noone will investigate this because it seems to be nsa and fbi sponsered. targetguy777@hotmail.com

What Targetguy777 is describing is Remote Neural Monitoring a satellite and it is being used simultaneously with Organized Gang Stalking To Harass and Terrorize individuals for years at a time in what is being called a Terror Program or 3 Step
Terror Program that is using 3 things ORGANIZED GANG STALKING TECHNOLOGICAL HARASSMENT and DISINFORMATION to fool the public as to why they are doing these things!

 Yes i have been organized gang stalked for over 25 yrs. as my videos explain it really is not a gang of people but one nsa spreader doing this via satallite maser beam type device. I live 3 states away now from the eh os person doing this and it still goes on. I have been in foreign countries and it still goes on. There is no running froma satallite device so i have to stand my ground now and expose this and more charges for a hopefull courtcase.

You have to be carefull because these individuals will try to convince you that someone else is behind the crime! even by using voice morphing, they can clone your neighbors voice
and lead you to believe that it is your neighbor that is responsible
for the Remote Neural Monitoring or Organized Gang Stalking
when it is most likely not, this is known as Anchoring, you could
be right about it being your neighbor, but thier is a big chance
that it is someone trying to lead you to believe that it is your neighbor.

My son is seven and he had a never on his temple and lower head folled by the need for prescription glasses. I filed a complaint against the CSEA to have my case worker removed due to conflict of interest and wanted to know if this is why? I am the best parent you could imagine yet I am in custody court and getting hamstrung, after requesting a support case review, and my parents and I have had our phones, bank accounts and most monetary comoditys altered or stripped but for a few things and I have been told to pretend I am hearing voices when I do not. I have also been mildly gang stalked on foot and undergone severe satellite harassment and remote viewing from many people . I have a brain scan from before these events and if I were to achieve a second it would provide evidence of satellite harassment. I have paper trails and many people who I believe would testify if they actually new what was going on. This is all part of a criminal network...... My father was diagnosed with testicular cancer, then brain cancer about a year ago and has since past. My harassment started with directed sound and I recognize the people speaking, that was followed by voice altering overlay, that was followed by voice to skull and now rnm. When the FCC and the FBI offer signal tracing for victims down the road remember this story. Sometimes this technology is used to eliminate witnesses and sometimes to cover things up, it very hard to tell. RNM on children had to make one wonder how bad things are in this nation. I have been warned that if I mention these issues that I will be ham strung within the system and I am not sure if that is an empty threat from a criminal group or from those withing the system. If I could get with an advocacy group my story is unique in that I have much evidence. I have heard that the cpu programs that are used to achieve much of this harassment are available to criminal groups as well but were the truth lies I do not know. My cell phone is hacked as has been my facebook and emails but feel free to reach me at 2342330467. v2k is impossible to battle without abstract thought

it has gotten super frivolous.. it is now 3 attempts on my life... they started to mess with my family.. had a staged theater at my job.. i understand what is going on... but i fight back...

I have been gang stalked for over a decade in Australia, I have travelled overseas as well however the stalking continued wherever I went.
